Welcome to our luxury villa in Mallorca, the ideal place to organize events or enjoy an unforgettable stay for up to 18 people. Pets are welcome upon request. The villa is located within walking distance of the marina of Portals Nous and very close to prestigious golf courses. In addition, the vibrant city of Palma is only 15 minutes away by car, while the charming port of Andratx and the airport are 25 minutes away.

With 8 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, our villa is a spacious and cozy space, perfect for relaxing in an exclusive environment.

There is also an elegant bathroom with shower and a practical laundry room.

The second floor houses four comfortable bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom, plus a second living room and another full bathroom. The second floor offers an additional bedroom, which is accessed from the second floor living room.

Ideal Location and Nearby Attractions
The villa is located just 5-10 minutes walk from Portals Nous, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants such as Capuccino and Ritzi, as well as a port with luxury yachts and several beaches, such as Cala Portals Nous, Playa Portals Oratori, and Playa Costa d'en Blanes. In addition, the famous Marineland dolphinarium and some exclusive boutiques are also within walking distance. In winter, you can enjoy the charming Christmas market in the area.

The bus stop is only a few meters from the villa, allowing you to move easily to destinations such as Palma, Palmanova, Magaluf or Andratx. If you are coming from Palma airport, take bus number 1 to Plaça España in Palma, and then bus 104 to Portals Nous, from where you will walk 5 minutes to the villa. However, we recommend renting a car or booking a transfer.

Important Information
When picking up the keys, the tourist tax of 2,20€ per person per night must be paid in cash. In addition, for a responsible use of electricity, we ask for a deposit of 600€ in cash or by payment on the Airbnb platform. We include an excess of 70€, equivalent to 140 kWh per week. If this amount is exceeded, additional consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh. We will take pictures of the meter upon arrival and at the end of your stay.

It is important to be aware of electricity usage, as the villa has 8 bedrooms. For environmental reasons, we recommend turning off lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa.

House Rules
The villa must be returned in a normal state of use. If the standard cleaning is not sufficient, an additional charge of 100 € will be applied.
Unregistered external visitors are not allowed.
In case of accommodating additional persons not included in the reservation, a supplement of 100 € per person per night will be charged.
